Holiday Inn Express Cortland is looking to hire part time front desk agents.

Hours available: 7a-2p and 2p-9p

Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our hotel. We are seeking a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Part-time
